VisionMaker for PVS-200

 

PVS-200 Machine Vision Systems

Looking for a machine vision computer based on an industrial PC, packaged in a NEMA-12 enclosure with software designed for a flexible visual programming environment. The PVS-200 Development System may be just the answer. The product is a lower cost alternative to less powerful and more expensive image processing systems. The product is a fully integrated package that provides true "out of the box" inspection capabilities.

The system provides image processing equipment and software in an industrial package. The Phoenix Imaging’s VisionMakerä Development Package provides all of the software necessary to generate and implement a wide variety of machine vision applications. The VisionMakerä software can be used with Windows XP-Pro™ (SP2), Windows 2000 (sp4) or Windows NT 4.0 (sp6a) operating systems.

Software to get the job done    

Pvs-201color comp.jpg (32547 bytes)The VisionMakerä Integrator software is provided in .DLL format for access to the complete Phoenix Imaging image processing library.  The VisionMakerä ToolBox provides high level programming access using Active-X controls. The ToolBox can be used with Microsoft Visual Studio (VisualBasic or Visual C++) for drag and drop on the form programming.

The base system includes a single board computer (SBC) with Pentium 4 processor, image acquisition card(s), 24 channels of digital I/O, 512 MB Host DDR Memory, 80.0 GB Hard Drive, 3.5" Floppy Drive, 2 USB (2.0) ports, 2 serial ports, 1 parallel port and a 15" or 17" TFT Touch Screen Monitor, and pass through ports for mouse, keyboard and other connections.

  • Power Requirements: 100-125 VAC, 48-65 Hz., 1Ø, less than 8A exclusive of external I/O.

3.0 GHz Pentium 4 Processor, 512 MB Host Memory, 32 MB Video Memory, 2 RS-232 Serial Ports, 1 Parallel Port, 2 USB Ports (2.0), 1 10/100/1000 MHz EtherNet Ports, Card Cage (2 ISA & 8 PCI slots), 400 Watt Power Supply, 80.0 GB Hard Drive, 3.5" Floppy Drive, Dual Fan (Push / Pull Cooling).

Epix Image Acquisition Cards

SV5 - 2 RS-170 video inputs (switched by internal multiplexer),  up to 4 cards maximum (std. configuration enclosure)..

Pixci-D - LVDT Analog or Camera-Link video inputs (one input per card is allowed, up to 4 cards maximum in std. configuration enclosure).

Pixci-CL2 Camera-Link video inputs (two inputs per card is allowed, up to 4 cards maximum in std. configuration enclosure).
